Terms of Service

This agreement

These terms govern your use of Sales Puppy, provided by Bizware Solutions Ltd ( "Sales Puppy", "we", "us"), of 207 Regent St., London W1B 3HH, United Kingdom. By creating an account, starting a trial or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that company.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

The service

Sales Puppy is a customer relationship management (CRM) application with AI features that source and rank leads against your ideal customer profile, detect buying intent, auto-log calls and activities, populate records, and flag deals that are going cold.

Trials

• Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
• Checkout collects a payment card before the trial begins. Nothing is charged while the trial runs.
• If you do not cancel first, the plan and billing period you chose begins automatically on day 15 and your card is charged for that period.
• Cancel at any point before day 15 and you are charged nothing at all.
• One trial per customer. We may end trials that are abused.

Plans and billing

• Prices are in US dollars (USD), charged per user seat, in advance, and shown on the pricing section of our website.
• You may pay monthly or yearly. A year is priced at ten months, so paying yearly is 2 months free.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
• Seats added mid-period are billed pro rata for the remainder of that period. Seats removed take effect at the next renewal.
• Fees are exclusive of taxes, which we add where required.
• If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. Persistent failure may lead to suspension under the termination section below.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal, never mid-period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time in a period already begun, except where the law requires it.

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from entering the contract to cancel and receive a refund. Where you ask us to begin supplying the service during that period, we may charge for what you have actually used. Business customers do not have this right.

If something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.

After cancellation your workspace data is retained for 30 days so you can export or reactivate, then deleted. The full retention schedule is in the Privacy Policy.

Your data

You own the data you put into Sales Puppy. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display it so we can run the service for you, and for no other purpose.

We do not use your data to train AI models, and our model providers do not retain it. That is a commitment, not a settings toggle.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the contact data you upload, for honouring the rights of the people it describes, and for your own obligations as the controller of that data. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, using the service;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• upload malware, or probe, breach or disrupt our systems or another customer's data;
• reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without our written agreement;
• use the service to build a competing product, or scrape it at scale;
• share one seat between multiple people — seats are per named user.

AI features

AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong. Sales Puppy asks before doing anything irreversible, shows its working, and provides one-click undo — but you remain responsible for reviewing suggestions and for the decisions you make from them.

Do not rely on AI output as legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

Availability and support

We work to keep Sales Puppy available and fast, and will give advance notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. Self-serve plans are provided without a formal uptime commitment. Support is by email; the Whole Pack plan includes dedicated support.

Before launch: if a contractual SLA is offered on Whole Pack, state its uptime target and service credits here.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that creates a security or legal risk, or for non-payment. Where it is practical and lawful we will give notice and a chance to put the problem right first. You may terminate at any time by cancelling.

On termination your right to use the service ends; the data provisions above continue to apply during the retention window.

Warranties and liability

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law permits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

If you contract as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you statutory rights — including that digital content be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described — which these terms do not affect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will revise the date at the top and, for material changes, give notice in the product or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may cancel.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and Bizware Solutions Ltd agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.

If you contract as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or of any right you have to bring proceedings in your local courts.
